Making something harder then normal chromium

Maybe with chromium, by adding something to chromium and or with certain treatings, it can be made even harder.

Update:
 Inconel exists. Nickel-Chromium based.
 It is a family of austenitic nickel chromium based super alloys.
 And they are oxidation and corrosion resistant.
