A giant optical lens to focus sunlight into a single spot.
A pillar on which the sunlight is focussed.
 A black pillar might work best.
A bassin with water.
 The pillar is partly inside this bassin.
A turbine driven by steam.

Part 2:
 The pillar should be highly resistant against the high temperatures and should be an excelent conductor of heat.

 The best type of lens with the right measurements.

 The giant optical glass lens should rotate with the sun and focussing should go automatic.

Safety:
 Safety is very important, because of the very high temperatures.

 A row of multiple big optical glass lenses and multiple pillars to catch the focussed sunlight.

Carob has similarities to cacao.
And it can also be made into powder, chips and bars and be sold and eaten.

Fortunality carob trees grow in middle eastern climates and might grow very well in hot houses or in warmer western regions.

Extra:
When chocolate is mixed for hours it becomes smoother, maybe carob also becomes smoother when mixed for prolonged periods of time.

An environmental safe battery

An environmental safe battery.

For example you can generate an electric current with salt water (an electrolyte) and copper and zinc or alluminium, also called a salt water battery.
But this battery isn't strong enough.

So a good environmental safe battery would need a much more powerfull environmental safe electrolyte.


Update:
A specialised voltaic pile with a special electrolyte might give progression.

Maybe a glowing fluid, liquid.
 Non toxic fluorecent. And maybe with an added electrolyte which in combination is not a problem.
 Extra update: Quinine(present in tonic water) an electrolyte and sunlight or concentrated UV light from a UV light bar.

Update 2:
An electrolyte is a liquid or gel which contains ions and can be decomposed by electrolysis

A list of electrolytes:
 Sodium, calcium, potassium, chlorine, phosphate, magnesium and bicarbonate.

Extra update: A list of metals that can together generate electricity with an electrolyte and tests how good they work.

Update 3:
Tests and measurements with the amount of water and the amounts of electrolyte

Combining two, three or more electrolytes.


Step 2: a reloadable environmental safe battery.

Sea water electrolyte power plant.
First: Tests to see if a bigger container with salt and water and bigger plates, pipes, plates or poles of for example copper and zinc do generate more current.

How it stops the bullet:
 For example by hardness or by catching the bullet.

 Ceramics and hard carbon steel plates stop the bullet by hardness.
 While kevlar textile catches the bullet with high tear resistant synthetic fibers.

Stopping the bullet with both hardness and strong tear resistant catching is also possible, for example with bulletproof glass: the glass is hard and the polycarbonate is strong and flexible and catches the bullet.


Gells stop the bullet because the surface area is hard when hit or shot with a certain amount of power and speed. and the gells also have a stopping power along the whole way.

These plates are lighter then solid plates

 Possibly: they change the angle and trajectory of the bullet.
  Scratch the bullet.
 And the air pockets also have an effect.
  Also important they can deal better with heat

A couple of magnetic experiments

Some interesting magnetic experiments.

Warning: Some of the following experiments are dangerous and should be done in the right environment and with the right safety measures

Firing a neodynium or a strong electromagnet through an aluminium or copper pipe.
 Copper and aluminium have good diamagnetic proporties
Important :
 The pipe should be fixed on to something so it won't move.
 And safety is required.

Firing two strong electromagnets at each other.
    With one magnets north facing the other magnets north, set at repelling
    Or with attracting, north facing towards south for example.
Two: Firing two magnets at each other inside a diamagnetic tube.
  Set at repelling each other or attracting.

Firing a neodynium or electromagnetic at a suoerconductor type I or II.

Two semi levitating ferrite magnets

I stumbled upon this by accident when i did a magnetic experiment with magnets and a container.
 I made two design with magnets glued one in the container and the other one on the screw lit. When I brought the two design together I heard a click and saw two semi levitating ferrite magnets.

Needed:
Two round ferrite magnets with a diameter of around 3.5 - 4 cm and 2 to 3 cm in length
 I used 2 speaker magnets with a cover hole in the middle
Two neodynium ring magnets of about 1cm in diameter
Two round iron balls around 1 cm in  diameter
Two ferrite magnets with a small hole in the middle around 1.5 cm diameter
A container with a screw lid or a double bar platform with two platforms that can be brought together

First the big ferrite magnets on top of this the neodynium ring magnets on the neodynium ring magnets the iron ball slightly in the ring and on the iron ball the ferrite magnets with a small hole.
Both design should look the Same.

The Right magnets and iron ball

 Also important is that the Right sides of the magnets face up or Down
That the two design have the right distance from each other

A design: 4 or 5 layers of steel and 3 or four layers of polycarbonate
With the build up steel, polycarbonate, steel, polycarbonate, steel and so on

 More suitable for bulletproof vest plates.

A steel plate with on both sides hard steel and in the middle 2 layers of plastics and one thin layer of medium hard steel.

Two hard steel plates and in the middle a layer of polycarbonate.

They should be pressed and welded into one rigid plate for a bulletproof vest
Through testing would be needed for these.

Update: Only extra hard steel plates and layers of polycarbonate


They could also be used for vehicles.

Tests to see what is the best steel to stop certain bullets
Medium hard steel
Hard steel
Extra hard steel

 With medium hard steel a hole might be shot/punched in but there might be no breaking and or shattering. On the other hand hard and extra hard steel are harder but have more brittleness.


Steel plate layers
For example extra hard then hard then medium hard then hard again
 The extra hard layer on the strike part of the plate
Update:
Two times extra hard, one hard layer and one extra hard layer.


Extra hard steel plate:
 Heated to around 1075 degrees celcius and then put in a special type of oil or water
 Heated to 175 - 350 degrees celcius for around two hours (baking)
Better rubber around the plate. flight deck ship rubber like material.
Other existing tempering processes:
 Freeze tempering, cryogenic hardening. cooling the steel ballistic plate to around -185 degrees celcius. Mainly with liquid nitrogen.
 Induction tempering.

Experiment to achieve a levitating inverter magnet, tractor beam magnet

With superconductors
With liquid nitrogen and material that becomes a super conductor in contact with liquid nitrogen
 (Safety required)

With extra light material for the ring and Bismuth (Diamagnetic)

With electromagnetic fields
With an electromagnetic levitation device
With multiple electromagnetic levitation devices
With a magnetic levitation platform
  Should be done carefully so it doesn't damage

It would be very nice if the outer magnet could spin around the ring with magnets Without any friction.

Extra strengthened ultra thin glass layers and layers of plastic sheetings or other better material.

-Aluminum oxynitride
-Certain ceramics
