Making missiles resistant to laser
High melting point
Low conductivity of heat
And high resistance to temperature
Metalic foam, with it's special properties
Deflecting the laser beam
With reflective material
Extra: Making the laser beam go around the missile
Meta material or with fields or something else
Tests should be done in a special lab.

Update: There is a problem. The missile might be brought out of course by the lasers power.
Maybe even this can be solved.
