It should be able to clean very well and it should be able to clean vegetable oil from plates for example.

It needs to be of very high quality.

And not bad for the hands.
No bad substances.

Finding and or making new materials to use as flooring

Wanted properties:
-Very durable .
-Resistant against water.
-Resistant against funges.
-Very insulative
-It should heat up to a good temperature fast and it should keep that warmth for very long times.
-It should not be hazardous to ones health even when sawing or cutting it.
-A very good price

Extra: Under flooring that is extra insulative and has extra dempening properties.
And under flooring with extra sound proof properties for in appartments.
