Transpirant insulation ideas for agriculture

Especially for agriculture; maximum sunlight and very good insulation.

Ideas:
One 1:
  Stretched, semi covered or a thin layer between two air tight layers of glass
One 2:
 Maybe a combination of cellulose and transpirant material
Two: semi transpirant, dimmed light.
 More transpirant material less cellulose
Three: almost full to fully transpirant.
 Only transpirant material
