 Cold treated to minus ... degrees celcius
 Heated to 175 - 350 degrees celcius for around two hours
Better rubber around the plate. flight deck ship rubber like material.

Layered steel
With the best and effective tempering methods

Woven carbonanotube fibers.

Extra strengthened ultra thin glass layers and layers of plastic sheetings or other better material.

Extra information, used materials and methods:
-Polycarbonate (A thermoplastic)
Other not plastic sheeting used in bulletproof glass:
-Aluminum oxynitride
-Certain ceramics
