Update: 3 Putting screens at 75 % brightness to later 50 % brightness, this seems to work.
Update: 4 Putting on glasses at night that blockout blue light.
Update: 5 Putting on sun glasses in the dark, from very low to higher light blockage and walking around for example. Safety required.
