Push of a button more or less heat in the house, by altering a coating on windows

Coating and with the push of a button
-Option 1: Less heat in (already exists)
           Lets the same amount of light through but blocks heat from the suns rays.
-Option 2: For in the winter, normal.

Extra, great if possible:
-Less heat out
 Let's the same amount of light through
-Or more insulative with the push of a button
Etc.
