Research on organisms that can live in very, very extreme conditions

Organisms which can live in very extreme conditions are called extremophiles.

Finding out, how they are resistant or immunite, what causes the resistance or immunity.
-For bacteria what's different about them, their cel. Their cel membrame their cytoplasm etc. And what in their DNA causes this resistance or immunity.

First to research: Resistance and immunity against temperatures above 400-500 degrees celcius. Resistance and immunity against very, very acid water. Resistance and immunity against high levels of radiation. And more.
