And trainings.
The simplest way is probably to decrease the temperature a little bit each time.
Or to stay in the cold a little bit longer each time.
And these are also the safest ways.
Special rooms and ice baths. And body temperature monitors with an alarm for safety.
Or just simply outside cold resistance trainings.

Wind is dangerous, the more wind the harder it is to stay in the cold.
