Testing the difference between non glowing and glowing
Experiment 1:
Tonic water with quinine and added electrolyte if needed and UV light could be used. And then measurements with and without making the liquid glow.
Experiment 2
UV light after depletion and see if a measurement is made again.
And how good the measurement is.
